Experience: Highly experienced in leadership (Project management), business cash flow, business reports, bank loans, property negotiations and assessment and labour and client interactive skills. I have a good track record. I have managed professional teams and sub-contractors. I am also very computer literate and have knowledge of many computer programs i.e. WinXP, Lotus, Microsoft Excel (spread-sheets and graphs), Microsoft Word, Adobe Photoshop, Autocad 2008 and many more. This helps to keep my company up to date with modern technology and upkeep good paperwork necessary to enable the project to flow easy and professionally. I have great 25 years experience in Management of Projects within time, budget and quality constraints.
I have been in the building industry since 1980 and have built numerous projects consisting of Quality Executive Housing, Cluster and Townhouse developments, Factories and Office Blocks. I have also constructed numerous alterations and additions on existing buildings in the Johannesburg Gauteng region and have done work for the Johannesburg Municipality.Some of this includes work such as change rooms, toilet and shower facilities.
